International Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not 100% satisfied, here's how returns work:

Eligibility for Return

- Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

- Sale or clearance items are typically non-returnable.

Return Process

- Email us at soeurstudio05@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the return instructions.

- Buyer covers return shipping costs and custom fees unless the item was style, size or color incorrect

- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

- Final sale items

- Items with signs of wear or damage

- Custom or personalized orders
